- Frieda Hiller Park is officially open! Amenities (picnic tables, benches, waste receptacles, and the gazebo will be installed prior to winter)
- Landscaping in stage 76A/C is completed; landscaping in stage 76B will be completed in 2025.
- Stage 80/83 (south of 28 Ave, between 141 Street and Chappelle Drive), has completed surface construction. Power construction is underway. We anticipate energization in January, which will be followed by gas installation. After this, the road can be opened, connecting Chappelle Drive south past Garth Worthington School.
- Underground construction has started in stage 85, which is west of Stage 76 Greenway, north of Chegwin Wynd.
