  • Focusing on storytelling, imagination and play, this class will teach ballet basics with an emphasis on fun and creativity. Technique, play, performance and expression mingle together perfectly to create a positive and energetic learning environment. Please dress in something you can move in. Tutu’s and ballet slippers are not required (they are more than welcome) but please no socks.

  • Participants will learn the coolest moves of today and get to showcase their own unique style! The basics of several urban dance styles will be introduced and dancers will get to be funky and build confidence while learning a short routine to showcase on the final class. Please dress in something you can move in.

  • An introduction to theatre and all that it takes to put on a play! Students will help write a show complete with costumes and simple set pieces. There is a small performance at the end of the session where the students can share what they have learned with friends and family.

Led by experienced coaches, Sportball offers a variety of age-appropriate activities and games that help children develop fundamental movement skills, coordination, and teamwork. With an emphasis on skill-building rather than competition, Sportball encourages children to explore different sports like soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis, and hockey, while also promoting confidence, social interaction, and a healthy lifestyle.

  • Experience a comprehensive practice that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation in our Yoga Flow class. The class is designed to create harmony between mind and body, improving flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Our instructor prides herself with being able to accommodate to all ages and abilities.
  • Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing to move in.

Zumbini is a music and movement program designed for children, along with their caregivers. It combines music, dance, and educational tools to promote cognitive, social, and motor development in young children. The classes typically involve singing, dancing, playing with props, and exploring various rhythms and musical styles. Led by trained instructors, Zumbini sessions provide a fun and interactive way for children and their caregivers to bond while engaging in playful activities that support early childhood development.

  • Build confidence on ice skates with our Skating Lessons! Learn basic skating skills through fun games and activities focused on improving balance, gliding, and stopping.
  • *Additional sessions may be scheduled to make up for any missed classes due to weather concerns. We will not host a class if temperatures are colder than -20°C including wind chill. Participants will be notified the Friday before a class if a session is to be re-scheduled.
  • Please dress for the weather.
  • Helmets are required for this program.
